Nottingham Elementary's state-of-the-art school sets the stage for an outstanding year

Are you ready for an outstanding school year? Because we certainly are! And the Nottingham Elementary Knights are in for an extra special treat - a brand-new state-of-the-art school that is going to be an amazing new place to learn. Principal Becky Hagan can hardly contain her excitement about the move and all the fantastic opportunities that come with this modern facility.

Mark your calendars for September 27, and join Principal Hagan, her students and staff for a Grand Opening Celebration at the beautiful new Nottingham Elementary. Student performances, special guest messages and a ribbon cutting ceremony will be followed by a chance to explore the incredible new school.

Thanks to our voters who overwhelmingly approved the 2017 Bond Program, the transformation of the district continues. Nottingham Elementary is the fourth of ten aging schools to be rebuilt under the bond program. New schools are under construction for Memorial Drive Elementary and Woodview Elementary, and planning is underway for two additional new school facilities under the 2017 Bond.

And that’s not all! There’s so much more happening around SBISD under the 2017 Bond Program – from new buses to new music instruments and band uniforms, to new classroom wings, enhancements to our athletics facilities, and safety and security upgrades. Stay informed about the latest updates on the 2017 Bond Website. You can also keep up with the exciting progress on the 2022 Bond here.

These bond programs are about transforming our schools and facilities and the learning they inspire for our students. We can't wait to share progress with you this school year. Get ready for an amazing school year at Nottingham Elementary and throughout Spring Branch ISD!
