Marketing and Real Estate

Marketing and Real Estate

The Marketing and Real Estate program helps students dive into the world of business by teaching how marketing managers figure out what people want to buy and how to get those products in front of them. Students learn how to gather and analyze data on things like customer habits, preferences, and demographics to create effective marketing campaigns. Whether it’s running social media ads or planning promotions, this program shows students the strategies behind it all.

In real estate, students will explore everything from how homes are bought and sold to the process of financing and closing deals. Students will learn about the business side of real estate including marketing trends, property evaluation, and the financial principles that guide the industry. Students will also get an understanding of commercial real estate and learn how developers, brokers, and lenders work together to make the project happen.
